From the railway station, located inside the airport area close to the arrival and departure terminals, you can reach the city centre using the numerous and frequent Trenitalia connections:
  • The Leonardo express, non-stop service dedicated exclusively to airport passengers to/from Roma Termini with departures every 15 minutes and travel time of 32 minutes*
  • The FL1 regional line trains from/to other Rome stations, with departures every 15 minutes on working days and every 30 minutes on weekends and holidays.
 * The service is operational with departure from Roma Termini, from 04:50 through 23:35, and from Fiumicino Airport from 05:38 through 00:23
 
Thanks to the High-Speed Trenitalia connections, you can quickly reach the major Italian cities in the Northeast (Venice and Padua), Northwest (Genoa-La Spezia), Centre (Bologna and Florence) and Sud (Naples)

 

 

Frecciarossa: four High Speed trains, two arriving and two departing, connect the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport daily with the cities of Rome, Naples, Florence, Bologna, Padua and Venice, without and intermediate train changes.
