HELP DESK - The ADR ID Office has set up a HELP DESK at each airport (FCO and CIA), operating at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00

The HELP DESK is dedicated to the exclusive management of the following information:
- Clarification on the new procedures in force;
- Practical problems of entry through the online system (except for login credentials which must be requested at the link below). Inside the system, on the HOME page of the Membership, you can view the user manual.
- The service is dedicated to Requesting Entities only (the companies belonging to it must contact their reference entity)
For all types of Technical Malfunctions (problems in access, automatic generation of documents, system anomalies...) contact only the number:

SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Paperwork for the issuing of airport passes will only be accepted via the online service. Only accredited Applicant Entities at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports can apply for activation of their profile via the following link: http://www.adr.it/richiesta-tesseramento-on-line
- paperwork for the vehicle pass will only be accepted by e-mail, in PDF format, by sending the documentation to the following e-mail addresses:
- tesseramentofco@adr.it for Fiumicino Airport;
- tesseramentocia@adr.it for Ciampino Airport.
- Payments can only be made through the online service via the following link:
The "cash on hand" service at both airports has been suspended.
