FROM 20 FEBRUARY 2025 NEW OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING TIA
“Following the decision of CISA, in particular at its meeting on 6 December 2024, concerning the charging system for airport entry cards (hereinafter referred to as TIA), the Board of Directors of ENAC has adopted resolution n. 60/2024 of 20 December 2024 which is sent in annex for follow-up.
In this regard, it is specified that, as of 20 February p.v. will be active on the ENAC Web Services portal, the application that will allow the request for the issue of the TIA, after payment of a fixed fee equal to 2,00 euro to be paid to the Authority for the authorization activity of its own competence.
It follows that, before initiating the investigation for the issue of the access permit (TIA showing the photograph of the holder thereof), the airport operator must ensure that payment has been made by the applicant, By acquiring the relevant receipt.”

The HELP DESK is dedicated to the exclusive management of the following information:
- Clarification on the new procedures in force;
- Practical problems of entry through the online system (except for login credentials which must be requested at the link below). Inside the system, on the HOME page of the Membership, you can view the user manual.
- The service is dedicated to Requesting Entities only (the companies belonging to it must contact their reference entity)

SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Paperwork for the issuing of airport passes will only be accepted via the online service. Only accredited Applicant Entities at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports can apply for activation of their profile via the following link: http://www.adr.it/richiesta-tesseramento-on-line
- paperwork for the vehicle pass will only be accepted by e-mail, in PDF format, by sending the documentation to the following e-mail addresses:
- tesseramentofco@adr.it for Fiumicino Airport;
- tesseramentocia@adr.it for Ciampino Airport.
- Payments for TIA must be made exclusively on the ENAC Web Services portal,
- Payments for other services will be made exclusively through the online service via the following link: https://www.adr.it/bsn-pagamento-on-line-servizi-aeroportuali
The "cash on hand" service at both airports has been suspended.
NEW AIRPORT BADGES PORTAL
Starting Monday July 8th, the new airport badges portal will be active at the following link: https://Tesseramento.adr.it
All subjects already accredited will receive an email from "Okta" to activate their new account on the system, (please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox).
Please note that all manuals are available in the "User Manuals" section of the application.
